Well here are a few simple rules for a fluke submission.
-In .gif format, absolutely no .bmp format.
-Must be related to EarthBound
-Must be appropriate, which means, no sexual innuendo, no excessive violence, and no vulgar words put in the Fluke
-Just use your head and you will be able to make a fluke that meets my rules.
