It has been a long and rocky road for PEB, it started off September '99. Me and 2 friends, known as Ness and Mr. Starman a.k.a. Colin, got together and decided that we should share our vast wealth of EB knowledge with the rest of the EB Community. Down the line I have heard many compliments on how much info the site has on EB. Even though the site never had a thriving community like EBVortex, a site which emerged at about the same time as PEB, I considered the site a success because my whole goal when I set out was to create the ultimate EarthBound information page. Unfortunately our mission went off track when I received an email from an EB.net staffer saying how great the site was, and he said that it had SotM potential if we had a better layout. The info never went away, but one of my two friends in particular lost sight of the original mission of PEB. He was the one who I put in charge of making this new design. He tinkered around with the design for about two months. I received a warning from Jeb2 that the site was beggining to look a lot like EB.net, but I trusted my friend enough that he wouldn't do that. My grades in school were slipping by then so I was grounded for three days, during these three days I gave my friend permission to do whatever he wanted with the site design. When I got back to the computer after being grounded from it for 3 days, I found my e-mail box crammed with letters complaining that my site had stolen HTML from EB.net. When I checked out my site, I could see that it looked a lot like EB.net. We had to shut down the site. Ness tried to bring it back, but he couldn't. Now to hand out credit.

Picky Webmaster / Owner I am the webmaster, I always had been and from here on out after seeing what happened to the site after I gave it to someone else, I will be the webmaster of this site until I delete it. Also, ask Ness and Mr. Starman how many times I said, "It is my site!" and they may roll their eyes at you.
Ness Former Administrator Great, great, great Administrator. he works hard. He knows what he is doing. Unfortunately he wouldn't make a very good slave driver ;). Most of the info on this site is a result of him working while I am telling him to work. :D
Mr. Starman, a.k.a., Colin, a.k.a., Mr. Colin Former Administrator Well, not knowing much HTML is definately not something that you would look for in an Admin, but he was fun to have around. I don't know where he obtained half the pictures that he found, but I probably don't want to know ;).
Jeb2 #1 Supporter of the site Good ol' Jeb2. He was always our #1 supporter. When we introduced the message boards, he was the first to register after me. You are a very good friend even though I haven't met you in real life.
